“Okay, so this is going to be a long review but let me just start by saying Jordan is the most honorable, trustworthy, hard working and honest real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with! We began looking at homes in TN in September of 2022 and were working with a different agent at the time. My wife and I came to the Nashville area in January of 2023 to look at home with that agent and after a week looking at homes with that agent we felt we could not trust her judgement to lookout for our family and help us find a home that we loved vs just trying to sell us a house to make a profit. Fast forward to March of 2023, my wife and I found a house we really liked and wanted to make an offer on it. The agent we were working with at the time led us completely astray and we decided not to put an offer on the house because we just couldn’t trust them. Shortly after that a fellow Vet who I got connected to that lives in Nashville referred my wife and I to Jordan. We got connected via email and then got on a call and ended up talking for over an hour. Within that hour Jordan asked more questions about our family and what we were looking for in a home in TN than the previous agent had done is 6+ months of working together. He was on vacation with his family at the time and still took time to truly understand our families needs and desires in a new home. Fast forward a couple weeks to April 2023 when I flew out to Nashville to do some house hunting with him. Jordan was the first agent we had ever worked with that called me multiple times with homes that he had found through personal connections that fit what we were looking for in a neighborhood, schools and home size and style. He was honest about the safety and crime rates of different neighborhoods we were looking at and was very honest about how he felt regarding each home we walked through. He treated the home purchasing process for my family as if he was in my shoes looking for a home for his family which for my wife and I was the blessing we needed and we’re praying for! After two days of looking at homes we put an offer in on a home which ended up being the very first home we looked at together and Jordan went above and beyond in every way imaginable for our family during the purchasing process. Since we lived in Washington State and couldn’t be at the house for all the different inspections or to meet with different contractors to get quotes on areas of the house we were wanting to remodel, Jordan spent numerous days at the home for us and helped us find inspectors and contractors we could trust to perform at the level and quality that we wanted. The decision to break up with our old agent and begin working with Jordan was the absolute BEST decision we made!
