Before stepping into real estate, Jeff led teams in both the food service and education sectors, serving as an Assistant Manager at Einstein Bros. Bagels and later as a Facility Director for the largest site in the Flagstaff Unified School District. These early leadership roles shaped his ability to manage operations, develop people, and keep both clients and teams moving toward success.

In real estate, Jeff’s experience speaks for itself: over 500 transactions throughout his career, including 100 transactions and $18 million in production in 2011 alone.
